If you are curious to discover how events and forces in your life affected you, this guided series will encourage you to discuss, explore, reflect on, and appreciate your life through writing.

At this session, presented by Arzi McKeown, an overview of this process will be explored and discussed. Planning for this 5 week series will be discussed at this introductory meeting.
Writing and sharing our life stories in a supportive atmosphere allows us to feel our strength and renew appreciation of our lives and grow toward life satisfaction. We’ve lived many lives and been a hundred different people. Shaped by experience, we’ve done wonders and we’ve made mistakes. Living with the wisdom behind us we are now in a new meaningful chapter of our lives. Through the use of themes and questions we will explore where we have been, where we are and where we would like to be.
The facilitator for this workshop is Arzi McKeown. With over 33 years experience as a psychotherapist and dance therapist, Arzi has worked in hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics and in private practice.
