Local photographer Dave Blinder will give an inside look at the images included in his comprehensive “Landscapes of New Jersey” exhibit, on display at the library in August and September.
Dave will present one nature photograph depicting each of New Jersey’s 21 counties. Learn how, where, and why each image was captured. Dave will discuss the challenges of taking on a large state-wide project and reveal the camera settings and compositional techniques used during the endeavor. Personal anecdotes of Dave’s photographic journey will also be shared.
Dave Blinder is a career photographer with specializations in clinical imaging, architectural photography, and fine art sales and exhibitions. In his spare time, he volunteers for outdoor education and land conservation efforts.
Will you need a special accommodation (including food allergy if applicable to the program)? If so, please contact the library and provide at least two weeks notice prior to the event date and the library will make every effort to honor all requests. Thereafter, requests will still be considered and may have less of a chance of being honored.
