Apathy is the biggest enemy of estate planning. Elder law attorney Victor Medina, will discuss the steps to take to get the legal planning you need for the rest of your life's journey.

Whether it's an unwillingness to face our own mortality, or some other problem, people just won't address the topic of estate planning in a timely manner.  However, sticking your head in the sand won't absolve you of the responsibility to put your legal ducks in a row if you get sick, or are faced with terminal illness.

Victor J. Medina, JD, CELA, CFP®, RICP® is a practicing estate planning and Certified Elder Law Attorney, as well as a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and registered investment advisor. He is the host of the "Make It Last" radio show/podcast, and is the author of two books on retirement planning under his acclaimed “Make It Last” series.
