This program is intended to raise awareness about the rights, responsibilities and importance of U.S. citizenship and provide information on the naturalization process and USCIS educational resources.

If you are a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), you may be eligible for U.S. citizenship. Before you apply for Naturalization, be sure that you meet all eligibility requirements to avoid delays or a denial of your application.

In this program you will learn about:

  • Naturalization eligibility requirements
  • Application Process
  • English & Civic exam
  • Reduced filing fee income threshold
  • Lack of Good moral character issues
  • Exceptions & accommodations for Naturalization exam

This program will be presented by Mrs. Snehal Batra, Esq., partner at NPZ Law Group, PC, located in Raritan, NJ. Mrs. Batra is an immigration attorney licensed in NJ since 2001 and her practice includes all areas of US business/family immigration and Naturalization.
