Unwind among the books with gentle evening yoga.
This slow-flow yoga class allows time to explore postures and transitions. Newer students build confidence, while experienced ones refine alignment and deepen their practice. You'll gently engage, open, and strengthen the body through accessible poses, fluid movement, and breath. Join us for an energizing, empowering and fun yoga class!
No registration, but space is limited and admission will be on a first come, first served basis.
Be prepared to sign a fitness waiver onsite before the start of class.
