Tinker Lab

grades K-5

Use a variety of materials like loose parts, art supplies, and basic tools to create and make.  

The Tinker Lab is a time and place where children are encouraged to follow their curiosities, test how materials work, experiment, and come up with their ideas. A responsible caregiver should remain in the library to ensure that children are able to work with materials safely and that their child cleans up, but ultimately, this is a child-led opportunity for creation. Space is limited and first-come, first-served.
