Join us for this introduction to grantseeking, taught by a retired grant writer and nonprofit consultant. Learn the basic process and terminology, discover many types of foundations, and plan how to successfully approach a foundation to fund your next project.
SCLSNJ Hillsborough branch is a Funding Information Network site. Candid (formerly Foundation Center & GuideStar) provides us with many expert resources. Our Hillsborough branch offers the professional level Foundation Directory Online onsite. The basic level of the foundation database is available to all SCLSNJ patrons virtually through 2021. Join us later this summer for a specific database training.
This program will be presented by our retired grant writer, nonprofit consultant, and Candid Certified FDO Expert and Trainer, Seana Zimmer (adult services library assistant, Hillsborough.)
