In January 2026, Governor Murphy signed into law, that beginning this school year, N.J. schools must teach cursive writing to students in grades 3 through 5. Let's explore the history of handwriting!

 As the human race began to expand their boundaries and their trade, writing was important to document all the various promises and activities.

This program not only gives the history of writing, but has antique implements from the personal collection of the presenter to give a rich visual display of the tools used to record history.
