When we repeatedly reach for food to cope with uncomfortable emotions, this can create a troubling pattern that can be hard to break. This workshop will help you create a healthier relationship with food by helping you to make connections between your emotions and food choices and will provide you healing and tangible ways to manage them.
Wendy Bonilla is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, educator, author and founder of Well Balanced with Wendy. She supports people in taking charge of their food cravings, finding emotional balance, and feeling radiant and confident in their own body. She has helped her clients create a happier relationship with food by making healthy eating and living a balanced lifestyle fun and easy.
