Summer is nearly here, a whole new season, and with it comes a new chance to learn different meditation techniques every week. These techniques help to relieve stress, anxiety, promote self love, self worth, and compassion, and connection.
You will learn several techniques including Mindfulness, Loving-Kindness (Metta), Compassion, and various creative visualizations and affirmations.
