Do you enjoy writing? Do you want some motivation to actually finish that novel or piece that you have been working on? Participate in the National Novel Writing Month Young Writers Program for November! Challenge yourself to complete the program’s 40,000 word goal or create your own personal writing goal. Each Monday afternoon, join Teen Librarian Stephanie and other teen NaNo Writers to discuss your progress and get motivation to keep going. Bring your writing to get helpful feedback and suggestions.
If you would like to participate in the official NaNoWriMo Young Writers Program you can sign up here: https://ywp.nanowrimo.org/pages/for-writers. All students in grades 6-12 are welcome to join our virtual writing meetups. You do not need to register for the official Young Writers Program to join the library program.
