Applying for a job and encountering an unfamiliar experience? When you submit an application online, your materials are first read by a computer program. Learn how to customize your resume with the right keywords. Explore the various file formats that applicant tracking systems read best. Confirm what materials you might need ahead of time, just in case there is a time-limit for the application. Questions are encouraged.
