Learn rhythms from the Western region of Africa that have been passed on from ancient times to now.

Become culturally immersed in the beats, songs, and lessons that come from the art of playing the djembe drum.

Be ready to sing and drum along! The African culture is all about participation. We will be learning different songs and rhythms from the African diaspora that tell the story of our people!

Presented by Jahlil Shabazz, of Arts Horizons.
