Monday Night Crafting

Knitting Part 3

Learn the skills you need to start knitting! In this session you will build on the skills taught in previous weeks and learn how to finish a knit project.

This is the 3rd of 4 sessions teaching the basics of knitting. In this session, you will learn how to combine knit and purl stitches to create stockinette stitch and ribbing, and learn how to finish your project by casting off and weaving in your ends. This session will build on what was covered in the first two sessions, so it is highly recommended that you attend all sessions if you have no prior knitting experience.

This group meets every Monday. Feel free to bring your own project or try out our craft of the week! Connect with other crafters, share what you're working on and swap tips. All materials for the craft of the week will be provided.
