This panel discussion will feature local experts to discuss the legal, medical, ethical, emotional, practical and spiritual aspects of important conversations around death and dying.

We understand that advance care planning can be daunting, not only because it is difficult to think about aging and death, but also because there are a lot of terms and forms that can complicate the process.  Learn about advance directives, living wills, proxy directives and more so you can start your advance care planning journey in an informed way.
