SCLSNJ's Hillsborough branch will be celebrating our diverse community with a day of food, crafts and other activities.
Kir Rodriguez will be kicking off the celebration by teaching patrons how to make Quesadilla Salvadoreña, Tacos Mexicanos, Tortilla española and Tres leches Nicaragüense from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and followed by a hands on workshop with Zuo Ping for a hands on demonstration of Chinese traditional paper cutting and more from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm. Additionally, join the team for vibrant, staff-led activities of diverse cultural traditions—including Diwali, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Halloween, Día de Muertos and more. Enjoy engaging activities that honor the rich heritage and stories behind each event throughout the course of the day.
