Senior Chair Aerobics

Have fun while performing exercises to tone your muscles.  

Raise your heart rate with cardio exercises and tone muscles in the upper and lower body. Work on balance, core and overall agility and muscle strength. Modifications will be provided for those who need to work at a slower pace; suggestions will be given for those who want to push themselves a little further.  This class is good for all! Please bring your own hand weights and wear appropriate footwear (sneakers) and exercise clothing.

Register at the Manville Recreation Department or at SCLSNJ’s Manville Library branch.
