An enlivening, down to earth and humorous introduction to the relevant practice of meditation.
Are you interested in a natural way to reduce stress, anxiety, and an overactive mind? Do you want more peace, calm and balance? Explore what meditation is and is not, learn the benefits of meditation, erode the myth that you can't meditate, get a taste of meditation and relax and listen to the Tibetan singing bowls. This session will include a talk, guided meditation, the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls and a Q/A period. This offering is for beginners and those already meditating.
Jessica Morris is a full-time meditation teacher and singing bowl musician with over ten years experience leading group and individual sessions.
