Meet small business owners, future clients, employers, employees and colleagues. Perfect your 30 second elevator speech and practice your marketing skills. Try out a new sales pitch and expand your professional network. Like speed dating, speed networking involves seating an individual opposite someone else. Participants meet up to 30 other individuals over a one hour time period. In 3 minutes, attendees can describe their respective business, market themselves and/or their business, exchange business cards, practice small talk, and pass on referrals. When the bell rings, it's time to move to another chair and meet someone new.
