Native Plants Workshop

Join us for a hands-on workshop that will focus on harvesting, cleaning, and packaging native seeds. Seeds will also be shared with attendees for their own gardening endeavors!

Growing native plants from seed is a year round project! The first step is harvesting the seeds during the summer and fall months when they have matured on the plants. Then the fun of cleaning and preparing them for winter sowing begins. This hands-on workshop will focus on harvesting, cleaning, and packaging native seeds. Seeds will be shared for your personal use, and with the library for their seed library. Presented by the Native Plant Society of New Jersey!
