September is Fall Prevention Month. Join us for an informative session on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a safe environment to reduce fall risk. Participants will learn about risk factors associated with falls, take steps to prevent a fall from happening, and what to do if a fall occurs.

The Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission is a Governmental Public Health Agency which provides local public health services for our member municipalities. Towns currently served by the Commission include Bridgewater, Green Brook, Warren, and Watchung. The Commission provides residents and business owners with a variety of quality public health programs to help improve the health status of the communities we serve.
