Join Coqui Yoga for this fun family yoga program. We will spend time reading stories intertwined with beginner friendly yoga.
Coquí Insight Project is a grass-roots, non-profit organization providing transformative yoga and meditation services to people and communities in Central New Jersey.
Only children need to be registered.
A physical fitness waiver will need to be signed by each participant.
*** Please note: This will be held at The Somerset County Business Hub, 50 Division St. Suite 400, Somerville, NJ 08876. Free parking is available on the upper level of the parking deck behind the building.
Be prompt! Entrance doors lock 5 minutes after the program begins.
