Resume Writing & Interviewing Success is a seminar designed to help current job seekers and future job seekers. Participants learn what employers look for, how recruiters review resumes, and how to present their skills and experience clearly and professionally. The session covers resume fundamentals, accomplishment-based work experience, and common resume do’s and don’ts.
The seminar also prepares participants to succeed in interviews by exploring interview formats, common questions, and proven preparation strategies. Attendees learn how to use the STAR method to answer behavioral questions, demonstrate confidence and professionalism, ask strong questions, and follow up effectively after interviews. Participants leave with best practices to improve their chances of getting hired.
