Join us for an informative session about physical activity and health. In this program, you will learn how to set achievable exercise goals and ways to stay active during the winter months. Anyone can be active, no matter your age or health status, you can find fun ways to get moving!
Amelia Dominguez, the Certified Health Education Specialist at Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission, is trained in this Evidence-Based, Health Education Curriculum by the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Aging. Amelia holds a master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health Education from Montclair State University.
The Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission is a Governmental Public Health Agency which provides local public health services for our member municipalities. Towns currently served by the Commission include Bridgewater, Green Brook, Warren, and Watchung. The Commission provides residents and business owners with a variety of quality public health programs to help improve the health status of the communities we serve.
