Endurance and flexibility exercises use optional light hand and ankle weights for arms and legs. The dynamic lightweight resistance training helps participants build muscle strength, increase bone density; improve mobility, posture and coordination. Routines start and end with low-impact dancing and/or aerobics. This effective and efficient class can be adapted for all fitness and physically-challenged levels including wheelchair.
