Are you looking for an opportunity to feel balanced and totally relaxed? Join Susan Niedt for a calming Chakra balancing session using affirmations and Titanium chimes.
Chakras are the energy centers of the body and when blocked can inhibit your natural flow of being. The class will begin with a progressive relaxation technique to enhance receptivity and at the end of the class Susan will teach you a simple method for balancing your own Chakras. Give yourself this gift of harmony.
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, even a pillow if it supports you lying supine on the floor.
