Attend this fascinating discussion about the Religious Society of Friends and its origins.

Ethicist, Karen Tibbals will talk about the origins of Quakerism in England after the English Civil War, how Quakers were imprisoned for their faith and how that contributed to the American definition of freedom of religion. The talk will also touch on the settlement of Pennsylvania as Quaker colony and Quaker involvement in the Underground Railroad.
