One of the most common ways for people to get a green card is through a family member.

Under current immigration law, U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents (green card holders) can help certain family members immigrate to the United States. Learn about the basics of family-based immigration sponsorship.

This program will be presented by Mrs. Snehal Batra, Esq., partner at NPZ Law Group, PC, located in Raritan, NJ. Mrs. Batra is an immigration attorney licensed in NJ since 2001 and her practice includes all areas of US business/family immigration and Naturalization.
