Join us at Hillsborough's Open House with a cooking demonstration of some delicious spring dishes.
Chef Kir Rodriguez will demonstrate how to make: fresh pea soup and croutons and a tasty dish called spring herb fritatta.
He will also make some delicious desserts: chocolate pot de crème and instant banana strawberry ice cream.
Patrons will be able to sample the dishes after the program.
Presenter: Kir Rodriguez is a professional pastry chef. Kir joined the International Culinary Center in 2004, and has worked at prestigious NYC restaurants such as Orso, Union Square Cafe, Le Cirque and Cafe Boulud.
