How Can We Support You?
Today, expert staff will be on-site to listen proactively, provide information on available services, and assist with scheduling appointments to complete applications to access eligible services and supports needed to remain independent and active in the community. Stop by to learn how our office assists Somerset County residents who are 60 years and above and/or those with a physical disability or caregivers for all complete and submit applications for, but not limited to the following supportive services: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Pharmaceutical Assistance for the Aged and Disabled (PAAD), and Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters (ANCHOR).
