Individuals considering divorce often misunderstand basic laws about divorce, what their rights are and what responsibilities they have if their marriage ends.
This program explores the most common myths that many believe are true about their rights and responsibilities in a divorce, what the real rules of divorce are and how those rules affect individuals in real world situations. Information will be given on strategies to minimize the costs of divorce, how to prepare for divorce and the different types of dispute resolution alternatives that a person can employ to resolve their situation in the most time and cost efficient manner possible.
