Get ready to transform your Thanksgiving leftovers!
Together, we will explore a range of innovative transformations, including crafting mouthwatering mashed potato pancakes and eggs, creating a tantalizing turkey pot pie, concocting a flavorful ramen soup, preparing a rich ragu to serve with pasta or creamy polenta. You will master the art of reshaping any leftovers into a filling for ravioli, empanadas, pierogi or dumplings. Additionally, you'll discover the secrets to whipping up a creamy vegetable soup using scraps and finally find uses for that crudité platter no one touched. This class is your ticket to unlocking the full potential of your Thanksgiving leftovers and turning them into exciting novel dishes.
This 90-minute class is part demonstration and discussion, part-hands on, in preparation for the day after Thanksgiving.
You will receive a list of basic ingredients and materials to have on hand should you decide to cook along, as well as template recipes for transforming the various leftovers you have.
