SCLSNJ
Teens will learn simple yet powerful yoga postures to bring stability and balance.
These practices enhance focus, memory and productivity. Teens can do the yoga practice on their own at home after the session. Participants should bring their own yoga mat, towel, water, and should come on a light stomach condition (1.5 hour gap after a light meal).
Presented by Radhika Thyagarajan of the Isha Foundation, a non-religious, non-profit, public service organization, which addresses all aspects of human well-being through Yoga & Outreach programs.

I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in this program and that my child is healthy and has no physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict full participation in these activities, except in the "physical limitations" question.
In addition to giving my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby waive, release and hold harmless the Somerset County Library System, its officers, sponsors, supervisors and representatives for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the normal course of participation in this program and the activities incidental thereto, whether the result of negligence or any other cause.
