Learn to cook fresh Indian parathas that are easy-to-make, nutritious and delicious to eat!
Parathas can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner or simply with a cup of chai as a snack. You will learn about different flours, spices, and how to make tasty fillers so you can create your very own favorite parathas!
Note: Participants are asked to please bring their own rolling pin.
