Food Historian and Certified Tea Specialist Judith Krall-Russo will lecture on the unique tea preparations of both countries.
Drinking tea is an everyday occurrence in China and Japan. Discover how people enjoy their tea from a simple bowl of tea to the beautiful and intricate Japanese Tea Ceremony. You will also learn about the Chinese tea ceremony known as gong fu cha. There will be a selection of Asian tea implements on display.
