Help the Earth (grades K-5)

Tinker, create, and experiment in our Learning Lab. We’ll be exploring how to help the Earth using STEAM including an oil spill clean-up and recycled paper.

Supplies:

• Pan or bowl of Water
• Food Coloring (optional)
• Vegetable oil
• Cotton Balls
• Feathers
• Dish Soap
• A Spoon
• Paper scraps
• Scissors
• A medium bowl
• Water
• A blender 
• Splatter screen, thin sieve, old nylons, or cheesecloth
• baking sheet or tray
