Crafting Community: Wax Resist Watercolor Painting

Join us to paint your own wax resist watercolor scene!

Paint your own watercolor scene. Paint a St. Patrick's Day scene or another scene of your choice. Supplies provided will include watercolors, watercolor paper, wax crayons, and paint brushes. Meet your neighbors from the community in this social craft program. 

Wax resist watercolors are done by drawing an image with a crayon, typically white on white paper, and then painting with watercolors on top. The wax doesn't allow the paint to soak into the paper, so outlines of an image can be seen.
