Learn about Emergency Preparedness from the Somerset County Office of Emergency Management, Community Emergency Response Team.
Emergency Preparedness is something we don't often think about.
Most communities may be impacted by several types of hazards during a lifetime. Knowing what to do before, during and after an emergency is a critical part of being prepared and may make all the difference when seconds count. Emergency Support Specialists Carolyn Solon and Roy Horowicz of the Somerset County Office of Emergency Management will be at the Warren Township Library to talk about Emergency Preparedness. Given the seriousness of the topic and the difficulties that Warren residents have faced in the past few years due to Superstorm Sandy and Hurricane Irene, this class would be a benefit to all the residents of Warren.
