Shake Your Soul® is about having fun, dancing to great music, and feeling good in your body. No dance or Yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this class. Instructed by Susan Niedt.
Shake Your Soul® is a holistic approach to movement and dance, and was inspired by yoga, qi gong, modern dance, African dance, and body-mind centering. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or beach towel and bring water.
Will you need a special accommodation (including food allergy if applicable to the program)? If so, please contact the library and provide at least two weeks notice prior to the event date and the library will make every effort to honor all requests. Thereafter, requests will still be considered and may have less of a chance of being honored.
