SCLSNJ
This performance will feature the Lesser Séamus Quartet sharing a collection of traditional Irish songs with a few instrumental jigs and reels for good measure.
This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Bridgewater Library.
Lesser Séamus was formed in 2008 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, by a group of close friends with a love of Irish music. Since that time they have been performing continuously in the Central Jersey area as a 3-7 piece band. This includes up to six vocalists and instrumentation that includes Guitar, Fiddle, Banjo, Mandolin, Irish Bouzouki, Tin Whistle, Uilleann Pipes, Bass, and Drums. Together they share roughly 250 years of musical experience. The band's offerings range from traditional Irish songs and ballads to instrumental fiddle tunes and Celtic punk.
