After a multi-year hiatus, the Van Harlingen Historical Society is once again presenting May in Montgomery. The subject this year is Montgomery’s unique geology.
As a precursor to the May 6 bus tour/ field trip led by Dr. Sean Kinney, post-doctoral research scholar at Columbia University's Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, the Society and the Montgomery Library are proud to co-sponsor a talk on local geology at the Montgomery Library on April 26 at 6 pm. The program is free and open to the public.
