What are we going to be talking about?
We do want to hear about your experiences with the library, but we will spend the bulk of our time talking about the community. Here are some of the questions we will be asking:
Why are we asking these questions?
When we ask directly about library services, collections, or facilities, we find that many people respond with thoughts that reflect their current experience with the library. That tells us how we're doing now, which is important, but we also want to know what other things we could be doing that would make a difference. These questions, and the conversations they lead to, give us rich information about unmet needs and concerns in our community that helps guide our work.
