Look into the past to learn for the future. Discover stories accompanied by African stringed and percussive instruments.
The program includes demonstrations and melodies played on authentic African instruments. Stories include tales of well known and little known African American Inventors and trail blazers. Folktales will entertain and impart their wisdom for the whole family. Group participation is encouraged and will keep the storytelling alive as the performers weave their web.
