The Full Monty Uke Band is a group of senior citizen ukulele players who will play a diverse selection of music including ballads, traditional, contemporary, popular, and folk from 1779 - 2017.
The band began 5 years ago, when Director Denise Crowley wrote a grant that included ukuleles, music, and an instructor for 10 weeks. It was so popular that many others wanted to join and the program continued with great success under the leadership of the very talented musician and teacher, Chris Gardella.
The group will play from their Song Book of over 350 fun songs, put together by Herb Jung.
