Exercises to strengthen muscles and bones, improve balance and reduce the risk of fractures and falls.
Endurance and flexibility exercises use optional light hand and ankle weights for arms and legs. The dynamic lightweight resistance training helps participants build muscle strength, increase bone density; improve mobility, posture and coordination. Routines start and end with low-impact dancing and/or aerobics. This effective and efficient class can be adapted for all fitness and physically-challenged levels including wheelchair.
Register at the Manville Recreation Department or at the SCLSNJ Manville Library branch.
