Berries add flavor and festive color to holiday dishes from appetizers and drinks to dessert. Learn how to make delicious cranberry cookies for the Holidays while we explore the most flavorful ways to incorporate fresh, frozen, freeze-dried and dried berries plus berry jams and condiments throughout your Holiday menu (and everyday dishes). 

This program will be a festive celebration of all things bright and merry as we explore all that berries have to offer and pick up tips for relaxed and enjoyable entertaining along the way.

Presenter: Vanessa Young is a private cooking instructor, recipe developer, and writer. She is focused on the intersection of food and culture. Known for her artful approach to dishes and her focus on seasonal meals, she helps home chefs become more versatile in their approach to food, often reigniting their passion for cooking.
