Learn the secrets to making a satisfying plant-based chili even meat eaters will love. Finish it with your favorite toppings (avocado, cheese, etc.) or make it vegan by omitting the dairy. We will also make a non-alcoholic fall sangria during this program.
The ingredient list and recipe will be provided in advance so participants can cook along, or simply watch the process and make the meal later.
Presenter: Vanessa Young is a private cooking instructor, recipe developer, and writer. She is focused on the intersection of food and culture. Known for her artful approach to dishes and her focus on seasonal meals, she helps home chefs become more versatile in their approach to food, often reigniting their passion for cooking.
