Gwen Kuebler, re-enactor and volunteer with the Ford Mansion in Morristown, presents a program about the Regency Era that formed the backdrop for Jane Austen’s entertaining and romantic novels.
Music selections from the period are mingled with photos of Jane Austen sites in England. See amusing movie clips showcasing her wit, and sample delicious treats from the “Jane Austen Cookbook.”
Will you need a special accommodation (including food allergy if applicable to the program)? If so, please contact the library and provide at least two weeks notice prior to the event date and the library will make every effort to honor all requests. Thereafter, requests will still be considered and may have less of a chance of being honored.
