Margo will address the hormonal aspects of women's fitness, teaching you how to take a holistic approach to health. You will learn a few exercises to help build strong bones. Presented by Margo Myer.
Learn why and how we need to tone muscle, maintain flexibility, reduce fat, and build strong bones in order to reduce the risks of heart disease, Osteoporosis, unhealthy wight gain, and other challenges associated with Menopause. Class participation is encouraged. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers if you wish to participate in a few fitness demonstrations. Expertise provided by Fitness by Margo LLC.
Will you need a special accommodation (including food allergy if applicable to the program)?
