An informational session guiding you through the steps of buying your dream home. Presented by Roseann O’Keefe, licensed realtor in Warren.
The discussion will cover how to begin your search, how to select the right real estate professional, common hurdles that buyers face, the negotiation and mortgage process, selecting a real estate attorney, the home inspection process, and the pitfalls to avoid during the transaction.
Roseann will be joined by a mortgage professional and a real estate attorney as guest speakers.
